It does not occupy other communication interfaces to avoid conflicts or modifications with other dispensing systems, nor does it cause production shutdown due to other communications.It is also equipped with a human-machine HMI that can instantly view the pump equipment sensor status and values, and this product is equipped with a warning light interface for immediate viewing and troubleshooting of equipment problems such as adding three-color lights on site.It provides an IoT (Internet of Things) network interface (RJ45), which can be used to store and analyze device data or view and query remote locations by connecting to the intranet.
This product can also support the Android system to download a dedicated APP for real-time monitoring.Integrate the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) control system to record human operations and modify pre-alarm alarm values, etc.
and save them to a USB memory card or upload them to the Internet of Things system.It can also be used with Zhiying Technologys N2 Auto Purge product.
The N2 Auto Purge time can be set to purge the pump cavity and reduce the accumulation of finished products.
